I am the husband of the patient, James Fraser. I must document the fine service he received yesterday on his right knee. Dr. Matsuura’s staff is Top Notch. From the receptionist to the X-ray technician we were treated with respect and quality care. Dr. Masuura’s bedside manner was so delightful and reassuring we almost hated to leave….lol.
